1 monthly in person session / zoom to catch up and track progress and reassess where required


Bespoke periodised strength and conditioning plan based on the findings of your screening process.

ONLINE COACHING

1:2:1 Strength + Conditioning

£120p/m

Full 1-2 hour comprehensive in person movement screen and musculoskeletal analysis + report


All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life and current coach. 


Frequent In person session / zoom to catch up and track progress and reassess as required


Coach fundamental movement patterns, squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, brace so you perform basic movement patterns to a good quality if required


Bespoke periodised strength and conditioning plan based on the results of the analysis


1:2:1 Triathlon Coaching

Total Tri Training methodology


Adjustments to training plan as required.


Lab data or INSCYD data can be added on to this package


PREMIUM Training Peaks Account. Workouts sync with all apps and devices


DAILY email and Training Peaks feedback, integral to the coaching process

Periodised Live Rolling Strength and Conditioning plan for endurance sports built from our extensive work with athletes 


All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life by your coach 


2 x Strength sessions per week with gym and home options and educational videos

1 x mobility reset session 

1 x pre-run warm up for runners and triathletes 


Extensive research and experience backed training 


New block every 4-6 weeks progressed based on the group

ASSESS DON'T GUESS

We never start a strength and conditioning programme without knowing as much as we can about you and the way you move. Therefore every 1:2:1 programme begins with a full comprehensive in person or online movement screen and musculoskeletal analysis prior to any coaching - Delving into what is limiting movement, potentially contributing to injuries, strength capacity and so much more. Full discussion based on previous injuries and what you “feel” happens during their training and performance.

In Person Movement Screen

£99

Up to 2 hours of assessments, analysis and discussion with a full breakdown and report completed in person at our gym located in Wem, Shropshire. 

Online Movement Screen

£60/£99

1 or 2 hours of assessments, analysis and discussion with a full breakdown and report completed online via zoom. Athletes must have the space to complete full body movements both standing and lying with enough space for the camera to see the movement.
