Services

ASSESS DON'T GUESS

We never start a strength and conditioning programme without knowing as much as we can about you and the way you move. Therefore every 1:2:1 programme begins with a full comprehensive in person or online movement screen and musculoskeletal analysis prior to any coaching - Delving into what is limiting movement, potentially contributing to injuries, strength capacity and so much more. Full discussion based on previous injuries and what you “feel” happens during their training and performance.

In Person Movement Screen

£99

Up to 2 hours of assessments, analysis and discussion with a full breakdown and report completed in person at our gym located in Wem, Shropshire. 

Online Movement Screen

£60/£99

1 or 2 hours of assessments, analysis and discussion with a full breakdown and report completed online via zoom. Athletes must have the space to complete full body movements both standing and lying with enough space for the camera to see the movement. 


COACHING

We offer 3 packages for our strength and conditioning coaching, please find all the information and details below.

Ultimate 1:2:1

Full 2 hour comprehensive in person movement screen and musculoskeletal analysis + report


All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life


1 monthly in person session / zoom to catch up and track progress and reassess


Coach fundamental movement patterns, squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, brace so you perform basic movement patterns to a good quality 


Bespoke periodised strength and conditioning plan based on your goals, injuries, strengths and weaknesses.


Online 1:2:1

£80p/m

1 hour comprehensive online movement screen and musculoskeletal analysis + report


All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life 


Bespoke periodised strength and conditioning plan based on your goals, injuries, strengths and weaknesses. 


30 minute online monthly catch up and track progress through their given sessions 

Tri STRONGER

£30p/m

Periodised Live Rolling Strength and Conditioning plan for endurance sports built from our extensive work with athletes 


All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life by your coach 


2 x Strength sessions per week with gym and home options and educational videos

1 x mobility reset session 

1 x pre-run warm up for runners and triathletes 


Live events with the coaches


Extensive research and experience backed training 


New block every 4 weeks progressed based on the grou
