All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life and current coach.
Frequent In person session / zoom to catch up and track progress and reassess as required
Coach fundamental movement patterns, squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, brace so you perform basic movement patterns to a good quality if required
Bespoke periodised strength and conditioning plan based on the results of the analysis

We never start a strength and conditioning programme without knowing as much as we can about you and the way you move. Therefore every 1:2:1 programme begins with a full comprehensive in person or online movement screen and musculoskeletal analysis prior to any coaching - Delving into what is limiting movement, potentially contributing to injuries, strength capacity and so much more. Full discussion based on previous injuries and what you “feel” happens during their training and performance.

Up to 2 hours of assessments, analysis and discussion with a full breakdown and report completed in person at our gym located in Wem, Shropshire.
1 or 2 hours of assessments, analysis and discussion with a full breakdown and report completed online via zoom. Athletes must have the space to complete full body movements both standing and lying with enough space for the camera to see the movement.
