Incorporating weekly strength and conditioning 1:2:1 sessions into my endurance training plan has significantly improved my ability to train consistently. This enhancement has led to an increased training load in my weakest discipline, the run, ultimately resulting in a 41-minute marathon personal best and a 48-minute overall long distance triathlon personal best, finishing in 09:30:45, thanks to effective triathlon coaching.
I met and started working with Milly at TSE 4 months ago after a recurring hamstring strain cut my season short. Her level of detail and well-thought-out individualized plans for endurance training have helped me overcome the injury. At the worlds in Finland, I achieved a personal best in the race and also set a PB run off the bike.
It's evident that the strength and conditioning plans worked on the bike, where I recorded my best numbers in any 70.3. I feel stronger, better balanced, and more confident across all three disciplines due to her triathlon coaching.
