"I met and started working with Milly at TSE 4 months ago after a recurring hamstring strain rushed curtailing my season. Her level of detail and well thought out individualised plans have seen me overcome the injury, and at the worlds in Finland I completed a PB for the race, and also a PB run off the bike.
It's also very clear the plans worked on the bike where i had my best numbers of any 70.3. I feel stronger, better balanced and more confident across all 3 disciplines.
