
Like many endurance athletes, my path in triathlon hasn’t been smooth. I’ve faced multiple injuries, and I know how isolating and discouraging that process can feel. Those experiences pushed me to dive deeper into injury prevention and strength development. As a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, I’ve made it my mission to help athletes stay healthy, train smarter, and rebuild properly when setbacks happen. I’ve supported many athletes in returning to their sport with greater resilience and often performing at a higher level than before. I have also built myself back from a chronic injury cycle to complete IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 events as well as win sprint distance triathlons.

My coaching philosophy is built on the idea that sustainable performance comes from purposeful training, intelligent structure, and a deep understanding of the individual athlete. My approach blends science-backed training principles with real-world practicality. Communication and trust are central to my coaching relationships. I’m here not just to prescribe workouts, but to guide, adjust, educate, and support you through the highs and the inevitable challenges of the journey.
With years of experience as an athlete and coach, I know the struggles athletes face and how to overcome them. I’m committed to offering a supportive coaching approach that motivates, challenges, and brings out the best in every athlete, all while making the journey enjoyable. I believe in stepping outside your comfort zone and trying new things, because sometimes the best decisions you make come from pushing your limits!
