- All Plans delivered via Training Peaks managed around day to day life by your coach
- 2 x Strength sessions per week with gym and home options and educational videos
- 1 x mobility reset session
- 1 x pre-run warm up for runners and triathletes
- New block every 4-6 weeks progressed based on the feedback of the group.
